The Sava, an architecturally inspired gated tropical estate, that sits on a long stretch of the white sanded beach in Phang Na Province, Phuket.
The area is one of Asia’s most luxurious waterfronts; it is often referred to as Thailand’s Hamptons because of its large gated oceanfront villas, international architecture and luxury resorts - including Raffles Resort and the rebuilt Pete Dye golf course of Thai Muang, about a 15 minute drive to the north.
Concept & Designes:
The generous use of floor-to-ceiling glass windows accentuates the sea view while allowing in light to bring out the natural hue of materials used. A contrast between high and low ceilings creates different comfort zones – low ceilinged areas are intimate, affording a cozy feel, whereas high ceilinged zones add elevation and a comprehension of space and openness.
Beachfront Villas:
Only five Beach Front Villas, area set on 2,500 m2 of pristine Natai Beach. These "smart technolgy" villas are complete with landscaped gardens, expansive indise areas and massive pools that strtch onto the waterfront. Each villa includes direct access to the exqusite 15 mile long Natai Beach.
Ocean View Villas
Only 10 Ocean View Villas, are elevated and set back to reveal sweeping ocean vistas and luscious tropical landscaping. Inside these "smart technology" homes are generous. light-filled spaces with four bedrooms, expansive outdoor decks and hugh 18 meter pools.
