Concept
Five contemporary Thai style villas and two apartments set in tropical gardens around a naturally styled swimming pool (33 meter in length) in the heart of Phuket most desirable address - Surin beach village.
Secluded and secure only minutes from the beach, the project is set amidst the back drop of green hills just 25 minutes from the International Airport, 20 minutes from Patong and superb golf courses, spas and restaurants.
Layout
Enter the property from a framed glass doorway on the ground floor. Decorative carved stone inlay adorns either wall and to the far end of hallway a Buddhist sculpture welcome you serenity.
Here, on the ground floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and maids/utility room. All the bedrooms convey the luxury of open space with built-in louvered door wardrobes and floor to ceiling glass windows opening directly on to landscaped gardens.
The bathrooms thoughtfully finished in black granite terrazzo and tiled in all wet areas are bathed in natural light.
Upstairs, overlooking the estate grounds and pool is the large Living quarters, Kitchen and Games corner. The feeling of free space is enhanced by the gabled Thai style roof, which is finished in polished wood and accentuated by decorative lighting.
Ownership
The estate is situated on a leasehold land sub-division. A copy of the Chanote is available on request. Under the Thai law, foreign persons cannot currently own land however they can lease land and own the buildings. The land upon which the villas are situated are held in a common area lease. The lease is granted by the company, which you as owner subscribe to representing a pro-rated share in the collective holding. The net effect is that you as a collective shareholder have direct control (voting rights) over the jurisdiction of the Thai company – the legal structure used to own the land.
