Concept:
The pool villas are based on a Thai Pavilion style house consisting of a spacious deck protected gable roof and floated structure on stilts.
Each villa is built on the elevated hillside of Cape Panwa facing the western horizon, which offers spectacular sunsets.
Villa:
Each villa comprises a private swimming pool wrapping around the spectacular bedroom sunken sala for outdoor dining and a kitchenette. The plot area is approx. 400m2 with a built up are of 290m2, which enables 2 people to live quite comfortably in style. A separate pantry, walk-in closet and a large ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower and sunken bathtub are standard.
The main bedroom is approx. fronts on to the pool, providing access by sliding glass doors on all three sides. The living area is air-conditioned and features a large Thai style day bed, a snack table set, a coffee table, audio and video systems and a broadband Internet connection. There is a pantry for light order cooking and comes with microwave cum oven, hob, sink, storage cabinets and a refrigerator. There is a separate minibar that is within easy reach from the bedroom or from the living pavilion.
The ensuite bathroom offers indoor double washbasins, toilet and shower. The outdoor section consists of spacious deck amongst tropical shrubs, a sunken bathtub and a rain shower.
Pool:
The infinity edged pool is a very special feature of the villa, which stretches across the villa from the sunken sala on one side to the outdoor shower deck on the other side. The pool, which measures 11 x 6 meters, includes a water seat and a waterbed by the outdoor shower to cool off.
By the pool is a sunken sala with large expanded gable roof for extra shade and comes with a day bed and a convertible set of dining table.
