This is a charming home has 3 bedrooms, pool, open plan living areas and 3 bedrooms. The house is in a quiet area of the Sai Yuan area of Rawai and is only minutes from Nai Harn Beach.

Although fairly modest in presentation - the ground floor living area is quite large at about 70 m2 containing the lounge, dining, kitchen and utility areas. The doors and windows are a sliding aluminum and the floors are a cooling beige - ideal for the tropical environment. The lounge is closer to the entrance and outdoor terrace, which lets in plenty of natural light and enables you to enjoy some of the outdoors. Althoughm the entire area is air-conditioned, there is mosquito netting and ceiling fans, enabling you to refrain from using air conditioning all the time.

The kitchen is fairly basic providing adequate storage with carpentry built veneer cabinets a-top marble countertops with gas range and hop. Just behind the kitchen is the dining table, seating four but with room enough for eight people.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with two being standard sizes and one being more of a kid’s room cum playroom. There is a small area along the hall way to the left of the landing, which can be used as a small office or study area. The two main bedrooms which are side by side and both open out to a shared terrace - big enough for outdoor use.

The one bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and there is a bath as well as shower.

The gardens of the property are fairly leafy and established and the setting is relatively quiet. The pool is a nice addition to a house of this size at 8 x 3 m2 approx. The garage is sufficient for one car.
